Hilltop Floral & Gifts was established in 1930, and was a family owned and operated business. The business was sold to Larry and Nila Cogan in 1984. Another change in ownership occurred on January 01,2005, and the business name was changed to Hilltop Floral and Gifts. The current owner, Donna Wilson, was employed for the Cogan's for fifteen and a half years before purchasing the business. The Floral Shop has added various gift items to their inventory. These items include various angel memorabilia, nautical items, gourmet items, candies,pictures, plush animals, balloons, and gift baskets for children and adults. Hilltop Floral and Gifts has a full service flower and gift shop to meet your every request. We service most of Somerset County, Pennsylvania. With friendly service and high quality fresh arrangements , the two full time designers have many years of experience and put that special touch on each order that goes out of our shop.We have our own delivery vehicles with personnel that know their way around our rural area. We are open Monday- Friday 8:00AM- 4:30PM, Saturday 8:00AM- 12:00PM. We are closed Sundays except for funeral orders.We service the resort area's of Hidden Valley and Indian Lake. Funeral homes serviced are as follows: Deaner Funeral Homes in Berlin,Hooversville and Stoystown, Hoffman Funeral Homes in both Boswell locations and Davidsville, Halverson and Hauger-Ziegler Funeral homes in Somerset, and Miller funeral homes in Rockwood and Somerset.

Our shop is open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday and from 8:00 a.m. to noon on Saturday.
We are closed on Sundays, except for funeral work.

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least one day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

Specialties at Hilltop include a wide range of country type floral arrangements. We have a wide selection of lovely wicker baskets and other containers. We specialize in European Gardens, this is a large wicker basket filled with potted foliage plants. We also add blooming plants to the European Gardens when they are available. We also do fruit baskets and goody baskets for all occasions.

A local delivery fee of $10.00 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)
U.S. orders must be received before 12:00 noon in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.
Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.
We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
